Strength, Agility, Flexibility & Nutrition Camp For Boys & Girls

July 18 - 29 | 9am - 1pm | Ages 8 - 15

Children will learn fun and safe training techniques in the areas of weight training, agility and speed training, the importance of stretching with the introduction of many exercises and nutrition discussion.


time description
9:00am - 10:30am Warm-up and weight training with the introduction of stretching
10:30am - 10:45am Water and snack break
10:45am - 12:00pm Agility and speed training
12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch/Nutrition discussion covering many areas including fitness/calorie app, calorie counting and food making.

Price for 1 week is $400 Boys July 18th-22nd / Girls July 25th- 29th.

Ballet Summer Camp For Boys & Girls

Ballet, Choreography, Flexibility & Nutrition Camp

July 5 - 15 | 9am - 1pm | Ages 8 - 15

Learn to train like a professional dancer from two School of American Ballet dancers. Children will learn serious training in the areas of ballet, choreography, the importance of stretching and nutrition discussion.

9:00am - 9:30am Warm-up stretch and resistance band training
9:30am - 10:30am Formal ballet class taught by Mrs. Katy Lowden
10:30am - 10:45am Water and snack break
10:45am - 11:15am Choreography class taught by Mr. Peter and Mrs. Katy Lowden
11:15am - 12:00pm Lunch with nutrition discussion

Price is $600 for 9 days July 5th-8th, July 11th-15th.
